The 1 Galais, 2 minutes away from highway 15 and less than 10 minutes away from 2 subway stations, it&#8217;s hard to be located in a better place. Why this project? Because we had so many requests for our 2 floors units similar to the ones at our 21 Clermont&#8217;s project, that we did&#8217;nt have a choice to reproduce the concept. But we did&#8217;nt only reproduced, we improved them!
