Completed – 1 Galais

A big lot in a prime spot is pretty hard to find, but we made it! The 1 Galais, 2 minutes away from highway 15 and less than 10 minutes away from 2 subway stations, it’s hard to be located in a better place. Why this project? Because we had so many requests for our 2 floors units similar to the ones at our 21 Clermont’s project, that we did’nt have a choice to reproduce the concept. But we did’nt only reproduced, we improved them! Not only once, but 6 times!
